How do I use Bison contact adhesive?
Bison kit adhesive should be applied at room temperature (do not process below +10°C). The final strength of bison kit contact adhesive depends on the pressure applied. Therefore, apply as much pressure as possible over the entire surface.
- The surface must be dry, dust- and grease-free.
- Ensure that the relative humidity is below 65% to prevent blistering.
- Always test on an inconspicuous part of the surface first.
- Clean and degrease the surface.
- Apply contact adhesive wood thinly and evenly to both surfaces with a brush.
- Allow both parts to dry for 10 to 25 minutes.
- As soon as the contact adhesive no longer pulls threads merge materials.
- After fastening, correction is no longer possible.
- Pat, roll or press the materials firmly together.
- Store cool, frost-free and tightly closed.
